The basic ingredients for anti-ageing products
Retonic Acid is a derivative of Vitamin A which was originally prescribed in high doses for the treatment of acne. It does refine the skin, increase collagen production and reduce wrinkles, but it can have unpleasant side effects such as extreme sensitivity to sunlight, with increased reddening of the skin and peeling. It is available on prescription from a dermatologist for severe sun damage; well formulated cosmetics may contain moderate and harmless amounts of retonic acid derivative, which at these levels have some hydrating effects.
One of the most important ingredients for looking youthful is vitamin B3 also known as niacinamide. It is a water-soluble vitamin found in the body. When applied topically to the skin, this vitamin helps exfoliate surface skin cells to reveal newer, younger looking skin and enhance barrier repair. Hyaluric acid is a natural moisturizer that forms part of the tissue that surrounds the collagen and elastin fibres, as we age; we produce less hyaluric acid in our skin, which becomes less resilient and pliable. Hyaluric acid is often added to moisturizers, and can be injected by doctors into the skin.
Collagen forms fibres in the dermis that give the skin structural support, provide strength, and allow the skin to stretch and contract. Elastin is the protein that binds the collagen bundles together. When applied to the skin, the creams do not have much affect on the changes in appearance due to natural ageing. They do have humectants properties, however, plumping out the skin with retained moisture. Take note that recognizing and responding to your skin wants and needs is the answer to beautiful skin.

Kidney stone detox recipe
I've read this post from my blogger friend poshpost so I'm sharing it with you here is the recipe and a part of her post:
1:1:1 of Fresh Radish Juice, Lemon Juice, and Extra Virgin Olive OilI take the special concoction three times a day, about 30 minutes before each meal. I did this for like two weeks. But since the pain was gone, I stopped. Two weeks later, I just passed out my stone easily. No bleeding and no irritation at all.Although I was told to just take a total of 3 Tbsps., I would take more, thinking that there is no overdose of these juices. So i downed whatever I made. I had to make the radish juice fresh everytime I have to drink it.So if you have kidney stones, this is a very good therapy.

Beta Hydroxy Acid and Alpha Hydroxy Acid
You probably heard of Beta Hydroxy Acid or BHA it is an excellent ingredient for those wishing to clean inside the pores. This product is best in lotion form after the cleansing stage and is swiped all over the face to remove deep down into the pores. It is harmless for even sensitive skin, as its main ingredient is an anti-inflammatory. It is highly recommended for skin prone to blemishes and blackheads.
Alpha Hydroxy Acid also known as AHA is designed to exfoliate on top of the skin to remove excess skin cells. The most effective AHA’s are glycolic acid or lactic acid. High potencies can be irritating for sensitive skin.

How to choose the right beauty products
Choosing the right products on your skin and hair is not really that hard but you just need to record the products that you have been using and also its effects. Choosing an expensive one over the affordable products is not always the case. It is much important to use or buy products that deliver the best performance on your skin or hair. You can list it in your beauty diary if possible. List the best combination products that you are using. For instance I have been using different brands on facial wash, soap, deodorant, toner, face cream, body lotion, face powder and loose powder. I list the different brands that go well if used together. Remember that the five basic skin care for clear skin is cleanse, exfoliate, tone, moisturize and protect.
Do you know that for these five basic steps I used different brands on my skin? The reason was that I’ve been loyal to the other products in the past until now or I cannot possibly afford the other products within the same brand. I also believe that if it delivers the same effect on my skin then why do I have to pay for more? Well wise spending is still the best. So when you already list the products that you have been using you have to observe the effects on your skin. If the products that you are using causes reddening or pimples then junk the product and retain the ones that works best.
